The reference 5153 was launched in 2009 and was only available in yellow gold. In 2010, this model was introduced in white gold. The watch features an officers-style case back that when opened reveals the beautiful 21k rotor and automatic movement. Patek Philippe was not able to issue an extract because this watch is less than five years old but they confirmed the production date of July 2014.
